  • Do you keep my combination?

    Drake Safe is dedicated to security, ensuring no documentation or records are kept for any combinations. Customers can opt for a change key and self-setting instructions, as well as remote support for changing combinations confidentially.

  • Are all your safes built with 1/4 inch steel?

    ABSOLUTELY! Every safe that leaves Drake Safe was built with 1/4 inch steel and line with 5/8 fireboard for maximum protection! We Use 1/4 inch steel plate for all 6 sides of your safe, not just the door. Drake Safe prides itself on the exceptional quality of our safes, and strives to continue the tradition of quality.

  • Do you deliver?

    For customers who prefer shipping, we have a partnership with a reputable shipping company. Our in-house delivery services come at an additional cost, with local delivery starting at $200 and prices adjusting based on factors such as location and necessary manpower.

  • I have forgot my combination can you help me?

    If you're unable to access your safe, drilling services are available for all Drake Safe branded safes. Drilling service calls start at $500 and rates may fluctuate based on location and repair options.

  • What is the current lead time?

  • Will Installation damage my floors?

    With Drake safe professional service, we pride in having installed safes on various surfaces. From plywood subflooring to porcelain tile, we have safely installed our products in a variety of conditions for over 30 years.

  • Is it possible to see the safe in person to choose my preferences?

    Definitely! We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm at our physical store. Feel free to visit and discuss any inquiries you may have. Stay updated on our social media for event appearances!

  • I have had a house fire and need help accessing my safe, can you help me?

    YES WE CAN! if we can not walk you through it on the phone, we will head that way if needed. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and will go above and beyond to assist you.

  • How many bolts do your safes have?

    Our Gun safes have 12-16 bolts, depending on size, distributed across all four sides. This design enhances security by providing extra reinforcement against forced entry. The bolts ensure that the door remains secure, even if thieves attempt to cut the hinges.

  • I'm moving, can you help me move my safe?

    We support our safes and recognize the risk involved, best handled by experts. Moving services are ONLY available for Drake Safe brand safes, but if it is our safe we will stand behind it. Prices vary based on location and manpower needed.
